Payments are non-refundable except in cases of emergency, in which case the trainee should immediately notify [email protected]. In case of emergency the following policy applies: up to the program start date registrant may receive credit to participate in a future cohort, 95% of the payment may be refunded up to 45 days prior to the program start date, 75% of the payment may be refunded up to 15 days prior to the program start date; 50% of Paid Tuition may be refunded up to 15 days after the program start date. Refunds cannot be issued after these respective timepoints. Trainees who are unable to complete the program must immediately notify [email protected].

MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC) reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances that would make the event non-viable, such as public health, disaster, global events, or national emergency. If MAPS PBC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
