Pharmacovigilance Manager
Tigran is a pharmacist specializing in clinical pharmacology and drug safety. He got his doctorate at University of California San Diego, where has been doing post-marketing research using FDA FAERS adverse event data, focusing on rare adverse events and beneficial side effects of medications. He later continued his work on drug safety at the FDA Office of Clinical Pharmacology, primarily focusing on dose-response for safety in phase 1-3 pooled safety data and using artificial intelligence in predicting adverse events. Tigran will assist MAPS PBC with the transition to a new PV system and provide support to the overall clinical program.
When free, Tigran likes painting, playing guitar, long walks with his dog, and spending time by the ocean.
