Ritika is the Project Manager to the CEO, where she works to build health equity initiatives, while operationalizing projects across the company and supporting the CEO.

In addition to her role at MAPS PBC, Ritika offers therapy at Sage Institute, a sliding scale psychedelic clinic in Oakland. She holds a M.S. in counseling from San Francisco State University and a B.A. in feminist studies and psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to working at MAPS PBC, she has spent nearly 20 years as a legal advocate for and with people incarcerated in California prisons.
