Mike Ruggles earned a bachelor of science degree in finance, with a focus on actuarial mathematics, in 2012 from Bryant University. Prior to joining MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), Mike worked in the corporate sector as a lead financial analyst, where he developed financial data forecasting tools to drive efficient and intelligent business practices. He also assisted in successful operational integration for large scale acquisitions, as a member of a global incentive compensation team.

At MAPS PBC, Mike is currently serving as a financial analyst, assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles, modeling financial and operational analytics, and developing metrics to evaluate and direct business performance.

Mike joined MAPS PBC in order to explore and contribute to the exciting field of alternative medicine, while continuing to develop as a financial business partner. He cares greatly about advancing accessibility to effective treatment of mental health around the world and is committed to using his analytical and financial skills to help MPBC continue to evolve and progress.

In his free time, Mike is an active outdoorsman as a splitboarder, conservationist, and bow hunter in the mountains of Montana.
