Meghan Brown, B.S.N.

Clinical Program Manager

Meghan became a registered nurse in 2004 and earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2010. Prior to joining the MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), she worked as a clinical research associate/monitor in the pharmaceutical industry setting working on multiple studies for varied indications, ranging from oncology to pain. Meghan also worked as a clinical research associate/coordinator and clinical research nurse at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital focusing on Pediatric Neuro Oncology studies and Pediatric Radiation Oncology studies.

At MAPS PBC, Meghan is currently serving as the clinical program manager for the Pivotal Program, working on the groundbreaking studies investigating MDMA-assisted therapy for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

It is Meghan’s hope that her contributions to the MAPS PBC team will help facilitate the research and subsequent FDA approval of psychedelics for patients who can truly benefit from them.
