
Kelly Green PA-C, MPH
Associate Medical Director
Kelly Green is a certified Physician Assistant. She earned her B.S. in Biology in 1999 from the University of North Carolina. After graduation, Kelly worked as an EMT and Medical Assistant before attending graduate school at New York University where she earned a Master of Public Health in 2004 and a master’s degree in Psychological Testing and Measurement in 2005. Kelly began her research career at NYU as a Research Coordinator and then Project Manager for numerous studies focused on HIV, mental health, and substance abuse. Her HIV and mental health related research career continued at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill for the next several years until she decided to pursue her training to become a PA. In 2014, she received her master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University. Upon graduating, Kelly worked as a PA for a regional community mental health provider where she saw her patients struggle to overcome the impacts of PTSD and treatment resistant depression. Prior to joining MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MPBC) Kelly worked as a Research Physician Assistant at the University of Washington’s Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, which allowed her to couple her passion for research with her love of medicine. Kelly is passionate about contributing to work that will have a positive impact on a person’s quality of life. She joined MPBC in order to be a part of a team committed to improving mental health care and dreams of a world in which the crippling effects of PTSD, treatment resistant depression, and social anxiety will be ameliorated by accessible, efficacious treatment for all. Kelly resides in Seattle, WA and enjoys sailing with her teenage son. She is also currently restoring a 1974 sailboat…an endless but fulfilling project!
