Julie Blaisdell, M.S.

Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Julie Blaisdell joined MAPS PBC with nearly ten years of experience in academic clinical research. Most recently, as Research Operations Manager for Northwestern University’s Department of Radiology, she oversaw a team of study coordinators and provided regulatory, logistical, data management, and statistical expertise to support clinical trials and translational imaging research department wide. Julie holds a B.A. in psychology and biology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an M.S. in epidemiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

As a regulatory affairs specialist at MAPS PBC, Julie supports the planning, drafting, and submission of regulatory documentation and correspondence as well as the alignment of requirements across regulatory authorities in compliance with health agency regulations and guidelines.

Julie is enthusiastic about ethical and methodologically sound research and was drawn to MAPS PBC by these shared values. She resides in the Chicago area and enjoys traveling, live music, sewing, and working on her very old house.
