
Jason Vetrano, S.P.H.R.
Program Analyst
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Wayne State University, and a master’s degree in Creative Writing from Naropa University. He also recently obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential from the HR Certification Institute. Prior to joining MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), Jason worked as the Business Officer in the Office of Admissions at Colorado State University, where he managed the budget, as well as the human resources functions for the department. At MAPS PBC, Jason is currently serving as Finance and Human Resources Specialist, focusing on contracts, payments and invoicing, and all things related to human resources. Jason was introduced to MAPS by his wife Laura, who is a therapist training in MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder. He is thrilled to be doing meaningful work at MAPS, and filled with gratitude that there is a part for him to play in helping to advance the mission. Jason lives in Fort Collins, CO, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hiking, running, reading, making music, and cooking.
