Daniella Batievsky

Training Program Assistant

Daniella earned her honors bachelor's degree in psychology with minors in law from the University of Pennsylvania in May of 2022, where she received her Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) certification. Alongside her involvement in various ketamine-related research trials, Daniella led a pilot study among chronic pain patients with depressive symptoms to assess the impact of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy treatment by route of administration for her thesis. Prior to joining MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), Daniella served as a psychiatric intern for Iter Investments, an investment firm that partners with early-stage private companies operating across the psychedelic ecosystem. As she completed her senior year, Daniella interned for MAPS PBC, where her conviction for their work only deepened.

Daniella currently serves as the Training Program Assistant, where she focuses on advancing the MDMA therapy training program through administration, training enrollment, trainee support, program development, event planning, communications and outreach.

She believes that psychedelic-assisted therapy has the potential to revolutionize mental health treatment and catalyze healing on a personal and collective level, so she is thrilled to help MAPS PBC further their mission.

Daniella is passionate about integrative, holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. In her free time, she loves to meditate, exercise, read, explore alternative healing modalities and be in nature.
