Christine Penny

Communications and Events Manager

At MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MPBC), Christine is currently serving as the Communications and Events Manager, focusing on growing communication channels for all avenues of MDMA-assisted therapy. She supports the production of online and in-person training events and retreats by managing venue logistics, vendor contracts, and event planning.

Before joining MPBC, Christine managed an event planning company focused on creating innovative retreats, conferences, and networking events. She also owned a marketing agency that led significant transformations in brand management and increased revenues by driving and converting online traffic with data-driven strategies.

Christine is completing a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication (MACC) program at the University of Colorado Boulder. She also earned a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland and studied film and video production at New York Film Academy.

Christine believes that every person has within them intrinsic wisdom and the ability to heal and is thrilled to be creating safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments. Christine enjoys traveling, cooking, and hiking with her husband and goldendoodle puppy in her free time.
