Beth earned a bachelor’s degree in social work in 1993 from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), Beth owned a small arts and craft supply business named The Creative Goat.  She also worked at IQVIA where she began in data management and then transitioned into training.  During her 15 years at IQVIA,  Beth gained extensive knowledge in data management and EDC systems and processes.

In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and her farm animals.  She has goats, chickens, geese, dogs, and ducks.  She also enjoys facilitating creativity through hosting DIY workshops and events on the weekends.
