Adherence and Supervision Coordinator

Becca Schillaci earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2005 from Wellesley College and a master’s degree in developmental science in 2010 from Boston University. Prior to joining the MAPS Public Benefit Corporation (MAPS PBC), Becca worked as a researcher and project manager in the fields of education and cognitive developmental psychology where she contributed to all aspect of the research from design to dissemination. Becca also worked as a birth doula, supporting 80+ birthing people and their families during the intense transformational time of labor and birth.

At MAPS PBC, Becca is currently serving as Adherence and Supervision Coordinator, supporting adherence rating and supervision of MAPS-sponsored clinical trials through development and maintenance of data systems that monitor and coordinate adherence rating and supervision of therapist working in MAPS-sponsored clinical trials.

Becca is thrilled to be a part of the incredible work of MAPS PBC. She is grateful for the perseverance and courage of all those providing and receiving care and all those working to make such powerfully transformative therapies widely available for those suffering so deeply. She is a proud team member in this magnificent organization.

Becca joined MAPS PBC in order to contribute her skills and supportive nature in service of the advancement of psychedelic therapies that truly help people heal.

Outside of work, Becca is a mom to three amazing kids and wife to a talented woodworker and artist. She is immersed in pretend play, coloring projects, and exploring her new hometown of Boulder, CO.
