
Amanda Nary
Clinical Trial Leader (CTL)
Amanda earned a B.S. in biology in 2015 from the University of Colorado, Denver. Prior to joining MAPS Public Benefit Corporation, Amanda worked as a study coordinator where she helped to conduct MAPS-sponsored trials in Boulder, CO. She also worked as a clinical research coordinator for a global SMO conducting trials focusing on vaccines, type 2 diabetes, osteoarthritis, and hypertension.
At MAPS PBC, Amanda is currently serving as a clinical trial leader, working on Phase 3 MDMA-assisted therapy studies for treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Amanda is passionate about research, mental health care, drug policy reform, and harm reduction strategies. In Amanda’s free time, she enjoys watching movies, playing volleyball, hiking, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
